Please read the festival INFO below regarding the Intermediate Tickets, and if you can’t find the answer to your question, please feel free to contact us at info@bailabailayhdistys.fi.

Even if you have purchased your tickets/passes, you won’t be able to join the classes until you have picked up your ticket, pass, or wristband. You will not be admitted to the classes without a voucher, a pass, or a wristband.

Beginner dancers ( Tanssikoulu Baila Baila) will not receive tickets but they are required a pre-registration to attend the class. Beginner dancers will only be permitted a wristband if they’ve purchased the Salsa Festival beginner full pass. Remember that there is a limit to how many people fit in each studio at Baila Baila, so remember to sign up beforehand to make sure you can attend the class you want to. 

Have you bought a festival ticket (any!) and made your class registrations? Great, you can come and pick up your festival ticket or wristband at the Baila Baila office starting on Thursday 28th of April at 15.00 or before the first workshop at Baila Baila/ Aleksander Theatre. See separately the opening hours. If you want to avoid queuing, pick up your festival wristband or ticket in advance from the Baila Baila office. See separately the opening hours. Once you have picked up your festival ticket or wristband, you can simply proceed to the dance halls and attend the classes you have registered for. If you wish, you can change the classes you want to attend on the spot as long as there are available spots.

Workshop tickets are issued once, so make sure you keep them. Baila Baila is not responsible for lost tickets/wristbands and you will not be admitted to any classes without a ticket or a wristband. A new wristband can ONLY be given in exchange for your old broken one.

Want to pay on the spot? That’s fine, but be prepared to queue up before the workshop starts, so get to the venue well in advance. Also please note that you are only able to join the classes that have available spots.

Want to join but haven’t paid or registered?

Absolutely possible – but please arrive early to avoid long queues on-site. Also, please note that the classes you want to attend may already be full if you haven’t booked them in advance, but there’s always room for some classes!

YOU CAN REGISTER AND PAY FOR ALL THE CLASSES ON THE SAME DAY AS LONG AS THERE ARE AVAILABLE SPOTS IN THE CLASS!

REMEMBER you must always pick up a festival ticket separately to attend a dance class. Party ticket pre-sale ends on Thursday morning at 09.00.
